This is a little poster I made in college. It was my response to those annoying Bible bangers known as the Campus Crusade for Christ. Go ahead and believe in the myth, but don't try to sell me. They never knocked on my door again after I put this up.

I copied this from something I saw in print. This was before the days of cheap scanners, so I "drew" it in MacPaint. Some of the details were my embellishments, but I cannot take credit for the idea.
I created this while I worked at ComEd. It actually enjoyed a little bit of popularity when it began to get distributed at the nuclear sites. I chose to remain anonymous, not knowing if there would be any trouble.
Another ComEd inspired piece. By merging a Metallica album cover with a ComEd logo, I hoped to create a new advertisement.
I took the original car in the upper left of the picture and customized it using MacPaint. I had a lot of fun doing simple things, back when computers were new to me.
This is a very silly cartoon I did to remember my 11th grade English teacher, Bud Johnson. I really hated that class.
I designed this landscape in Bryce 3D. I liked the way the light reflects off the glassy rocks. I used this as my desktop picture for a while.
This was my attempt to design little logos for some of my favorite Metallica songs. I am not very good at drawing, but MacPaint provided many hours of entertainment for me. Just remember that this was back in 1988.
This is my copy of an illustration found in one of the Dark Tower books by Stephen King. I was so pleased that I was able to draw something that looked like a hand, even if it was a skeleton. The Shortest Straw is another reference to a Metallica song.
A very silly little drawing. I was just playing with the tools in MacPaint.
Every spring at Michigan Tech there was a little celebration called Spring Fling. There was a contest to design the logo for t-shirts and such. This was my attempt. I think it was a little too complex to ever be a contender. To explain it a little... The MTU mascot was a husky dog and spring was always cold, thus the snowman.
Another copied illustration. I did modify it slightly, but once again, I was just impressed that I could do this on the computer. A scanner would really have saved me a lot of time.
