Cathy worked on the UDL support team from early 2000 until May 2003.  After three years of dedicated service, she is moving to a new team, called PAR.  She will be missed.  You can see how much fun we have.
Don has been a part of the UDL team since 1998.  He was the UDL support team lead until May 2003.  He is now concentrating on project related work.
Jason has been a UDL project team lead since 1998.  As you can see, he is so efficient that he has time to take a little break.
Jhun is a relative newcomer to UDL.  He joined the team in June 2001.  He is most famous for bringing the Retail Communication Gateway system with him.
Joshy has been with UDL about as long as Don and Jason.  This is a picture of him caught in the action of working.
Rick has worked on various UDL projects since he joined the team in early 2000.
Satish is the elusive leader of UDL.  He is so busy going to meetings, that we were lucky to get this rare shot of him.
Sean joined UDL in early 2001.  The Philip Morris system came with him.  It is the most feared support task that UDL is responsible for.

Sean decided to shave off all of his hair and join a cult in 2003.  We were all sad to see him leave.

Just kidding, he actually decided to move to North Carolina to support his wife's decision to continue her education there.

Steve is seen here working hard on some UDL project.  In additon to his amazing programming skills, he is also our resident organic vegetarian.  As if that wasn't enough, he also has the ability to judge the quality of a band just by their name.  Ask him what he is listening to today.
Paul is actually a member of the mainframe data loading team.  We feel like he is a part of UDL, because he has been at IRI longer than any of us, and we often work closely with him.
