Summer's End

The official end of summer is typically marked by Labor Day. There is still plenty of activity in Native Suburbia, but I know this is the last big splash before fall. It is exciting to see the culmination of all the plants I have been watching since they first poked through the dirt 4 months ago, but at the same time, I am sad to contemplate the approach of another long winter.

Take a late summer tour through the latest set of pictures and enjoy this great time of the year.

Hello, I found your site through Wild Flora. Love the pictures. All those stone paths to walk through the garden look very nice. Great way to get up close and film some of the activity. You took on a lot of work doing so much at one time. I am less brave and have been converting slowly. We did install a rain garden though and are very happy with the results. I will be back to see fall and winter photos. Good luck with your neighbor. Some people find change too difficult.
