We are finding that Canada goldenrod (Solidago canadensis) is extremely successful/aggressive in our yard. Everyone told us this, but we still love to see the brilliant yellow displays each year and the wasps certainly enjoy them. Perhaps next year, it might be prudent to do a little thinning.
